A real business companion app, not a shrunken website

An order lands while you are on the bus. A customer asks for a human in live chat. A booking moves. The Olmira app is how you find out and answer in the thirty seconds you actually have.

This is a companion to your Olmira account, not a second product. You sign in with the same email, the same password and the same two-step verification you use on the web, and you are looking at your own orders, conversations and bookings — no setup, no separate account, nothing to configure. It runs on Android today, tested on real hardware; iOS is in the works and still pending.

Built for the thirty seconds you actually have

One notifications inbox — New orders, chat requests, mentions, ticket replies — tap a notification and you land on the exact order or conversation, not the home screen.

Chat without the buzzing — Chat alerts are collapsed per conversation and limited to one per minute, so a busy conversation never becomes twenty buzzes in your pocket.

The day at a glance — KPIs and the day's bookings, from the same account you use on the web.

You decide what interrupts you — Control exactly which categories of notification are allowed through, per device.

The business companion app: respond, don't just read

Every notification carries a deep link — a "new order" alert opens that order. Chat alerts are collapsed per conversation and limited to one per minute, so a busy chat never becomes twenty buzzes in your pocket.

The rest of the day job

KPIs at a glance, the day's bookings, and control over exactly which categories are allowed to interrupt you.

What stays on the web — on purpose

No site builder, no media library, no team administration, no billing, no catalogue editing. Those need a proper screen and get one in Olmira Control. The app is a notification-and-response tool, and keeping it that way is why every screen in it is fast. One more boundary worth stating: notifications reach the phone app — there is no desktop or browser push.

How you get it

The app is not yet listed on Google Play — we are in the release process now. Until the listing is live, we set Android access up for you directly when you add the app to your plan, and the app updates to the store version automatically once it is published. iOS is being built and is pending — if your team is on iPhone, the phone-first web app below covers you today.

Where the app stands today

The screenshots on this page are real captures from our Android test devices, not mockups. The app is device-tested and coming first to Android; iOS is pending, with no date we would put in writing. The interface ships in all eight of Olmira's languages — English, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, German, Russian, Ukrainian and Portuguese.

Meanwhile, Control already works on your phone

You do not need the app to run Olmira from a phone. Olmira Control — the full admin, builder and back office — is built phone-first in your browser, so orders, bookings and edits work today on any device, iPhone included.

Run the business first. Then put it in your pocket.
