Change or cancel in-app, whenever you want
Your plan, cadence, add-ons and invoices live on one billing screen inside Olmira. Upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel yourself, whenever you want — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no support ticket is required. Before every renewal we email you the amount and the date, with direct links to cancel or pause. If prices ever change, you get at least 30 days' notice first.
The trial and refunds, in plain words
The trial runs 30 days, and we email you reminders before it ends. If you have not subscribed by day 31, your site stops being served and shows a temporary holding page — visitors never see a broken site — and your admin access is suspended. Your data is kept for 90 days after that, during which you can export it or pick a paid plan and have your site back exactly as it was, at list price. After those 90 days it is permanently deleted, with a warning first.
Pricing questions, answered straight
No. The 30-day trial needs no card and no billing details. You build, publish and see the AI work first, and we email you reminders before it ends. The 30 days is also its own limited plan — not a trial of Pro or Pro+: paid-tier capabilities arrive when you subscribe.
Your site stops being served and shows a temporary holding page, so visitors never meet a broken site, and admin access is suspended. Subscribe and the same site publishes again — you rebuild nothing.
No. Olmira charges €0 platform fee on every order. You sell through your own Stripe, PayPal or Klarna account and the money goes to you, not through us.

An add-on buys a single capability on a plan that does not include it — bookings on Starter, for example. On Pro and above almost everything is already included, so most businesses never buy one.
On Pro+ and Business, AI drops to a lighter model rather than stopping, so nothing you have built goes quiet mid-month. On the plans below, AI pauses until the allowance resets.
